Packaging & Protection
All jewelry and crystals are carefully wrapped and packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Lost Packages: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier first. If needed, we will assist you in filing a claim.

Damaged Items: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, we are not responsible for theft after delivery. Consider selecting a shipping option that requires a signature.
PO Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes and military addresses, though delivery times may be longer.
